Dave the barbarian

Hello everyone! I hope you are well, this time we speak about one of my favorite cartoons during my childhood, I am referring to Dave the barbarian. This series was released in 2004 and was transmitted in Latin American by the channel Jetix, consists of a season of 20 episodes  since I was cancelled in 2005, I was 9 years old, and despite its short duration became one of my favorite series during my childhood, thanks to its medieval-themed and sense of humor.

Currently I almost not see cartoons, but sometimes I see the Simpsons, American dad, family guy and Futurama, which essentially are the same. In addition to these cartoons, I have lately seen  Adventure Time (With Jake the dog and Finn the Human), which despite being a series of Cartoon Network and be directed to an audience of younger age, I think is very funny, and I think that some of its contents are not appropriate for children.

In my opinion, the cartoons of today, are very different from those that I saw during my childhood. Currently the cartoons seem to be very violent and a little crazy,I think that are very funny for someone of my age, but for a kid of 7 years old does not seem appropriate, to this kids I recommend only Discovery Kids.
